I humbly state I feel like I give a lot. I don’t much like talking about it because it doesn’t feel right. I don’t give in order to get recognized.
With that, I also think it occasionally warrants it to share some examples of giving back. If we become aware of good deeds by others it can inspire us to help.
Here is a picture from last night’s Hugo city council meeting. The Yellow Ribbon Network helps military families in White Bear Lake, Oakdale, and pretty much anywhere help is needed. I, along with others, was recognized last night for our support of YRN.
I have never regretted helping a good cause. Sometimes it is with money, sometimes by lending a helping hand. I have never regretted it. In fact, I always walk away feeling really good about the help I provided. I just encourage you to help where you can and I suspect, like me, you won’t regret it.
