A real estate agent's license was suspended for failure to comply with a child support order.
A real estate management firm operating since 1978 without a license paid a $15,000 civil penalty.
An appraiser in Mahtomedi, MN paid a civil penalty of $2,500 based on allegations she misrepresented comparable sales, failed to identify subject completely, failed to maintain an adequate work file, and failed to adequately support the highest and best use.
