Apparently some of the millions, if not billions, of sandwiches it sold were not exactly 12 or 6 inches, but were advertised as such. Some consumers, or maybe more properly their lawyers, started a class action suit over the sandwiches being advertised those specific lengths. I have to wonder, Does anyone actually think or expect that the sandwich you buy is exactly the length advertised? Fortunately for Doctor's Associates, Inc. it had the resources to defend itself.
